Change of landlord during tenancy
We manage a block of three flats which have now been sold with sitting tenants.
The new owners are continuing to use our services for management so we obviously need to inform all tenants of the change of ownership.
Will a Section 48 be sufficient for this as i have read conflicting info regarding a Section 3, but not sure if this should have been dealt with at the point of sale by solicitor etc?
