Hello, i am a little confused about the EPC ruling. When they first came in I understood we only had to do an EPC when a property came empty and was being re-let. Is this still the case? I have read it will be changing in 2018 and 2020. Am I right in thinking we do not as yet have to have EPC's on existing tenanted houses? Also when we had some done around 2010 they were graded "F". Even though in the future it says we cannot re-let if an "F" or "G" grading, is it ok for those that had an EPC done before this rule came into force? I know we have to renew EPC's after 10 years.
