Hello, I have just read one of the old RLA forums topic about your success in helping a landlord get a reduced sublet consent fee from a freeholder to reasonable £50 amount. I have received the letter form my freeholder asking for £130 as a consent/notice fee and further £65 when it lapsed to periodic one after fix term. Any chance you could share with me list of cases /details/advice to go back to the freeholder to try and get them to reduce it?
Rgds,
