How to avoid cannabis farms
I would be interested to know what realistically can be done to avoid this (as opposed to spotting it once the damage has already been done).
Since tenants are entitled to quiet enjoyment of the property it seems to me that our hands are tied. If we were able to inspect regularly this would be one way of putting off prospective cannabis farmers before they even sign up.
It would be great to hear about any (legal!) strategies other landlords else has come up with.
