I'm getting really fed up with the company who takes the service charge on my property. Each year they fail to send me a bill then try and jack up the costs with admin charges and threats of court action, even though I have received no bill. Reading the online comments, this is how they run their business, relying on frightening people into paying additional charges. I'm fed up with this. Can I take them to first line tribunal? If so, what form do I need? And is there any way of stopping this bunch of sharks and their dubious practices?
