cash in hand
I would like to hear from more experienced landlords please as to if i am over thinking things please.
I have just had a call from my agent who is finding me new tenants. All checks have been carried out with references from existing landlord and a guarantor in place. However the tenant works cash in hand and has up to now paid his rent this way, he would like to continue to do so. This makes me feel a little uneasy . I realise no job or wage is guaranteed so should this be a problem or am i over thinking things?
