Does anyone have any experience of using the ADR alternative dispute resolution service in the deposit protection scheme. Does it work? Does it tend to go in the favour of tenants? Has anyone gone to court and, if so, could you advise what sort of cost is involved please? Are tenants more likely to win in a court situation?
Tried to reach a settlement with ex tenant but they will not accept that they have done any damage. They stated that they would replace damaged flooring but have now said they will not.
