I was talking to a fellow investor today who is unfortunately suffering the same issues as my self with regards to unpaid rent and evicting tenants.
He is in a pickle however as the silly sod didnít register the tenants deposit before issuing the S21 notice which basically makes the S21 notice useless.
He did ask me what to do and I said possibly best thing to do is to withdraw the S21 notice, then register the deposit under one of the schemes and then issue his tenant with a new S21.
Was I correct in advising him this?
I said Iíd post on here for the best solution and would get back to him so any help would be appreciated.
