Could my tenant start business from home?
I have a tenant who is occupying my house and he pays Council Tax, and other bills. Now, he has started a business from my house address and I am paying the mortgage.
Should I allow him to carry on with his business or tell him that he cannot use my property for business purposes?
I have registered my property with Land Registry in case a fraud is done from my house address.
Any suggestions or comments please? Do I need to worry or leave him to do so?
