Setting off fire alarm

My tenant,in bedsit with other people in flats above and below set off the fire alarm in the house.

We were told it was because he allowed the rice to burn in the pan.(he has heat detector in room,smoke alarms in hall) He does not share kitchen.

I want to send an email to make tenant think more about future action to avoid danger in house to others/himself and the building

Has anyone got short sharp wording so tenant realises the dangers of his negligent action.I have tried few sentences but they do not get my point across very well

Would welcome some good sentences.
