Change of Landlord
Hi, i am about to purchase a property with a tenant in place, i am happy to keep this tenant, the agent has been managing the the property and holds the deposit with the DPS. They have offered to issue the tenant with a section 48 and continue to hold the deposit, but i am not sure if this would be suitable as i will draw up a new tenancy agreement and manage the tenancy myself, im sure the deposit would need to be protected under the new agreement, can you please advise.
