Southcourt Package reviews or another?
Hi, I know this has been asked before but I wanted a more up to date account of these guys. I'm unsure whether to go for their package to set up as a LA or not.
I am a landlord with over 70 properties of my own so wanted to come away from paying another agents the fees to manage and have also been advised by my accountant from a tax point of view too. I have done the ARLA L&M course and currently looking for premises to operate from.
My concern is how good their software is and is it limited to a number of properties? I'm guessing I will have to pay more to accommodate the number of properties I already have? What are the tie-in times/costs etc? I will give them a ring also, but wanted opinions of others who use/have used them.
