Section 21 served landlord Sellingh New purchaser investor may wish to keep tenants
Current landlord has served section 21 notice as he is selling, marketing the house. We have found an investment purchaser who is happy to keep the tenants but the sale has only just been agreed. Do we inform the tenants that they still have to vacate in accordance with the Section 21 unless exchange of contracts have occurred before their moving day. What happens if the new purchase happens after the expiry of the tenancy. Thank you for your help.
