Section 21(4)(a) served. The tenant is not getting in touch.
The tenant is not getting in touch or returning my calls.
He was initially reasonable on the phone and is due to vacate on 24th April 2008.
But how can I arrange or get possesion of the property, if he is not returning my calls and text messages?
After holding back his deposit, he will owe me about one months rent. This amount is hardly worth pursuing.
