Company letting agreement and the issue of HMO
Does RLA company let agreement allow a company to sub-let to multiple households? It appears to be so. The issue of house in multiple occupation comes to mind and the threat of action from a local authority, especially in an area where a 'Selective licensing' is in operation.
I am sure there are distinguished members on this forum, who have experience of letting to the limited companies. Any advice would be appreciated.
