RLA's AST agreement
I would like to ask about the AST provided by the RLA (2101-000587 deposit guard)if it has any break clause upon serving 2 month notice, if not would you recommend going for a 6 month fixed term and let the tenancy run into statutory periodic tenancy, or would you recommend signing a new AST agreement just before first fixed term elapses?, what would be the main difference between the statutory periodic tenancy and signing a new fixed term.]
