Pursuing "Joint and several" tenants
We served a Pre-Court letter to a group of tenants and a couple of the tenants have paid their share of the arrears (1/7th each), although I understand they are jointly and severally liable for the total rent. However, would we able to only name those who havenít paid as Defendants when we make an application to the small claims court, instead of listing all tenants on the AST? Please advise.
