Good morning, My tenants AST expired on 24 April and is now periodic. He failed to pay his rent on 24 April and I issued a Section 21 on 17 May giving 2 months notice. His name is on the tenancy but he named his partner on page 2 as she would be living there. Should the Section 21 have both names or just his and can she claim any rights to remain in the property. The deposit is registered in just his name.
