Dear RLA members,

I have great tenants, they keep the place clean.
They have children and as you know kids run around with bits of cake etc often dropping it here and there. Crumbs!

The Ants found the crumbs last year and we had a two week infestation of winged crawling insects. It was unpleasant.
I have asked the tenants if this year they'd like a pro-active approach by laying pesticide base station. The ants crawl in , eat the jelly and bring it back to the nest.

or do I wait until we've got ants back again?

My question is, Who is responsible for paying? The Landlord or The Tenant?

kindest regards
