Renting vs buying white goods
I was wondering if any landlords currently rent their white goods rather than buy them. Generally when you rent white goods, as part of the rental call out charges for repairs are included and every few years you could swap the item for a newer model. Where as when you buy a white good, you would need to add a cover on top. And if you wanted a new model, you would have to buy it.
Just wondering if anyone had looked at the economics of each style?
