The agent to whom i had given the tenant finding and management has not paid me 2 months rent and we have terminated his agency and sent the notice to his company and the tenant.
The tenant is leaving the property and when she asked the agent for the Deposit money back, she found out from the DPS that he had not deposited the money with the DPS.
What is the options available for the tenant to get her deposit money back and what option do i have ? Or what are my implications as a landlord ?
