Tenants are really, really thin on the ground in London right now which means I am considering an application for sharers to rent my property.
It is a large 2 double bedroom 1st floor flat, own entrance door and internal staircase to back door, with wired smoke alarm, gas and electrical certification and is licensed with local authority ( Waltham Forest)
The potential tenants are 2 young Eastern European couples, all working full time and the contract would be AST.

I know the property would not need a mandatory HMO license but I am uncertain about what exact measures I should expect to have to put in place if I were to go ahead with the proposed tenancy.
My current license is valid till 2020 at which point I am sure I would need to submit details of the occupiers at that stage but would not otherwise need to inform the council of change of occupants.
