Letting to tenants on benefits
I rent mainly to tenants on benefits and always ask for a homeowner guarantor to be in place. However I am now noticing that houses are staying on the rental market longer because less applicants can get homeowner guarantors. I may now also take just a working guarantor. I've had some applicants who can't even get a working guarantor. I was just wondering what other Landlords required when renting out to a benefit tenant ? Any feedback would be most useful. Thanks
