Sec 21 and the "Original Tenancy"
I am looking to issue a section 21 notice. The tenant has been in the property for 2 years, with a new 6 month Assured Shorthold tenancy issued every 6 months.
For the purposes of issuing a sec 21 notice, do I have to wait until 4 months into the current tenancy, or is the 1st tenancy agreement classed as the "original" and thus I can serve a section 21 notice at any time?
