TV - aerial / cable provision

My tenants have just changed TV & broadband providers: they were with Virgin with both broadband and TV coming through cable but their new provider, TalkTalk are saying that their TV coverage will now come through aerial and that the one that's on the house at present is not working properly. This aerial was fitted by a previous tenant. There is no mention of TV provision in the tenancy agreement.

Am I obliged to fix the aerial bearing in mind that the cable is working fine?
