What information do I need to give tenant to comply with My Deposits Scheme
I have just joined RLA and have a new tenancy coming up. I had registered my tenants deposit yesterday prior to joining the RLA and had used MyDeposits. I can see that I need to hand my tenant the Certificate and the Prescribed Information. I also read somewhere that there may be other information I need to pass onto the tenant in order to be fully compliant with the law but am not sure what else I need to pass on. Can someone please advise? Thank you.
