One of your operatives advised me to regularly write to my tenant while we are waiting for our court hearing to keep her abreast of the arrears. I know you are supposed to work out the daily rate and keep adding this but it has occurred to me that on the day the rent is due it pays for the month ahead in advance, so technically should I not be deducting the daily amount once the monthly rent comes around and it goes on the statement?
