Advice on checking our of tenant - charges for damage and cleaning
I have just received our check out report for a tenant that has vacated the property and have the origianl signed check in report. It is fair to say that the property is in rather a state and will require complete cleaning and redocorating, not to mention clearing of some of the prior tenants items. What I would like to understand is how to go about establishing normal W&T from damage/above normal damage? And then advice on how to deal with any disputes?
