We want to enter a property to carry out an inspection The tenant is not answering phone calls or text messages. The lease is a RLA Assured shorthold tenancy agreement dated 31/5/15. The lease states that the tenant must allow us to come into the property at all reasonable hours & that we must give 24 hours notice, in writing. If we text our intention or put a letter though his door giving 24 hours notice, do we then have the right to enter?
