tenants guide to renting
I have dispensed with the services of my agent and am a bit concerned that they didnt do everything expected of them during their service
Can a section 21 notice be issued if the tenant insists that they were not presented with a tenants guide to renting at the last renewal even though the agent insists that one was issued ( although they have no proof) ?
Are there any penalties for not providing ( or not being able to prove that one was issued) ?
Should I provide one now ( and get the tenant to sign to acknowledge receipt) or is it now too late and i can never ussue a section 21 ?
