Confusion requiring advice

I have recently had a repossession 'struck out' because of the incorrect 'statement of truth' ie i am not the landlord.

The landlord is a limited company (ltd) yet i do the full management of the tenancy etc. When applying for repossession i attached N215 as the agent for the section 21 notice.
Was my mistake that the agent cannot sign the N5b form?
