Hi there!

I'd like to know what are the accepted minimum provisions from a landlord in order for a property to be considered as "furnished" for the purposes of the 10% tax credit.

For example: does provision of a plastic outdoors dining table &chairs set satisfy the requirement for dining and seating?

Does an inflatable matress &pump satisfy a requirement for somewhere to sleep?

I'm not suggesting that I want to force my tenants to pumpm up their beds every night, but am merely trying to explore the limits.

Many thanks!
Richard
