Hi there,

Joined up as a member yesterday after realising that my agent has been ripping me off. Decided I'd do it myself, which means re-issuing tenancy agreements.

Was wondering what type of tenancy agreement I needed to issue for students? I need one that can include guarantor details and is, of course, legally binding.

I have another property which is a standard residential let. That one needs a break clause of six months, but should be fairly standard beyond that.

Please advice on which ones I need, and where to download them.

Many thanks, Aidan Magee
