Photos for Rightmove top tips
I have been pulled up by my landlord mate Basil who has told me how rubbish my 9 photos are advertising a property through Prosico on Rightmove.
He thinks room shots should include a window with open blinds/curtains showing a little of the outside. Doors should be closed not open. The exterior front shot should be from at least 10 metres rather than close up. Front door should be closed not left open with blinds/curtains open so you can see inside. I had a shot of the scruffy rear yard showing the factory behind which he thinks is putting people off and I should just drop.
Basil has a better sense of the visual than me. So I think he is probably right.
