DepositGuard - TDS Insurance - New AST
Tenants have been in for 5 months.
I've followed the Deposit rules and put it in the TDS Insurance-based scheme in April 2017.
I have noticed a new 2017 contractual Tenancy Agreement on the RLA website. So I was thinking of giving them a new AST, rather than just let it roll onto a Statutory Periodic Tenancy.
Does anyone know what I have to do so far as the Deposit is concerned with the TDS as its not clear on the TDS website.
Nothing is changing apart from the new AST (ie Tenant details, address unchanged).
Do I have to withdraw the Deposit, then pay the insurance (again) and issue the new Certificate, Prescribed Information and Leaflet to my current tenants?
