Ending of 12 month Deposit Guard Short Hold Tenancy - continuing for another 12 months
We currently have a property rented under the DepositGuard Assured Short-Hold tenancy agreement, which ends on 21/10/2017. In agreement with the tenants we are happy for them to rent the property. The questions:
- Do we draw up another 12 month contract under the same terms or do we use the existing agreement?
- If we use the existing agreement what do we need to provide the tenants?
- Can we hold the deposit in the current DepositGuard scheme or do we need to start a new scheme?
