Hi, is there a way of checking whether tenants have opened utility accounts in their own names. We recently received a bill in our name for a period of a tenancy. It wasn't a problem as utility company just took previous tenants details, and negated our bill, but just wondered if there was a better way of dealing with it other than waiting for bills to arrive.
