Graphite insulation lining paper
I have just joined RLA today having inherited a mid 60's house which Intend to rent. It has had some mild mould issues around the window in a bedroom. I have been contemplating using one of the graphite 4mm expanded polystyrene lining papers on the walls, which apparently are fire resistant to BS1 standard, to help keep the room warm. I am interested to know if anyone would be concerned about fire and fumes safety. I don't think there is any legislation regarding polystyrene lining paper and the local council says they wouldn't have an interest. I would be grateful for any thoughts/comments. Thanks and rgds, Mark
