Getting money back on CCJ , how often do you get the money back??
We have a bad tenant who owes £2500 in rent in our HMO.
We have issued a section 8 which expires in 10 days.
The tenant has work on and off, he does not have a car now, he has no items of value in his room.
I have 2 options, if I go to court what are the chances of getting the money back, solicitors fees, baliff fees, etc.?????
He has asked that we give him a deed of surrender and forget about the rent? He will then leave on the day the section 8 expires..
He fully understands that it will take me about 3 months to get him out.
What are the chances of getting money from a CCJ and solicitors fees back?
Should we just do a deed of surrender and call it a day?
