SDLT relief for multiple dwellings - HELP please!
I am a new member and 1st time Landlord/Investor.
I have retired and set up a LTD company as an SPV for my new portfolio and to grow the business.
I am about to purchase my first houses, 3 HMO properties from the same seller in one transaction.
Can someone advise me as this is a Linked Purchase will this qualify for the Multiple Dwelling Stamp Duty relief and how does it work, do I actually make a saving on SD?
The properties are £375k, £354k, and £417.5k.
Any info and guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!
