Lenders "double billing"
To all Landlords who have ever had arrears,be careful you have not been "double billed"
You will not know from an Annual Statement that is why you only receive them,if you are in any doubt apply for a (SAR) Subject Access Request costs £10.00 worth every penny.
You must ask for a separate (DAB)Detailed Account Breakdown especially if your Mortgage is calculated on a "daily rate basis"
In Ireland it is called "Criminal Mortgage Fraud" the FCA over here are keeping a very tight lid on this.
