there is an electric boiler in an apartment I am letting. The tenant says there is only very little water coming. We have insured the boiler with Gledhill response and the engineer said they may be using a lot of water in the morning which I thought was a strange thing to say. It looks like the engineers are no good as they cannot find the fault and are trying to blame the tenants. What rights do I have against the insurance company and force them to repair it?
