Converting my primary home into rental property: what to tell mortgage provider
I'm just wondering what to expect and what does a mortgage provider need to know when you inform it that you will be converting the property to rental use.
Are there questions that mortgage providers are not allowed to ask? Can the mortgage provider deny to conversion to me? Can they tack on new charges? If so, is there a limit to what they can charge?
Any other tips would be greatly appreciated.
