My nightmare tenant hasn't paid rent since he moved in and I have auctioned a section 8 notice. The tenant has never informed myself or environmental agency etc. of the undisclosed issues.
The tenant has refused inspection visits ( which I have photographic evidence and witness statements to prove).
What can I do to be able to check on the so called issues if he is refusing a visit to inspect and repair.
This was a newly refurbished flat when he moved in.
Any advise please.
