Hi there, I have a question surrounding Legionnaires' Risk Assessments please. I've encountered a property where the tenant refuses to use the hot water system and just makes do with her electric shower and kettle. All cold outlets direct main. The hot water cylinder is a Gledhill copper vented fed by a cold water storage tank in the loft. Am I right in thinking, under this scenario, if the tenant never runs the hot water outlets, then the hot water circulation is zero and there is increased risk?
