Hi

I have a tenant that wants me to exclude one of his elder children (almost 17) explicitly from the tenancy agreement. He wants to use this as proof of housing need to the local social services who are looking to re-house her as she is unstable.

Has anyone here ever explicitly excluded a named person from an AST and what is the correct approach?
