When you canít use a Section 21 notice

You canít use a Section 21 notice if any of the following apply:

itís less than 6 months since the tenancy started unquote.

We know this to be wrong. I have reported the mistake using 'something wrong with the page' option. RLA says, '' no valid Section 21 notice can be served

In the first four months of the original tenancy.''
