12 Month AST - How much notice on Section 21
I have a tenant who moved in on 4/6/17 and signed a 12 month AST. How much notice do i need to give them to take possession of the property and do I do this in the form of a Section 21? The tenant is slightly behind on rent but i am trying to get this paid up to date (owes the additional amount not paid by housing benefit). Reading up is a section 21 the best way to go. I have decided to sell the property as soon as it is vacant. Thanks.
