Sadly one of our tenants has passed away.
Earlier this year we had a young family move into the house. They were partners with two young children
Sadly mum has lost her battle to cancer and the children are no longer at the house.
An AST was signed in joint names and security deposit taken and registered.
As far as we know he will be continuing to rent. Can't see this to be a problem as the rental was based on his earnings as she was poorly at the time and not working.
We are wondering about the paperwork side of things. The AST and the deposit and about what we will need to do if anything?
