I have a tenant, who has complained that the boiler is not working, I sent a gas engineer to the flat, who informed me that the thermostat is faulty. He disconnected it and the tenants are able to put on the heating with the programmer. But the tenant keeps complaining that the heating is not operating properly and it takes longer for the flat to heat up. I have emailed the engineer to seek clarity and his reply was that they may have adjusted the temperature to a minimum hence the heating is at a minimum. I have forwarded his email to her but her reply is still a repetitive response that I need to fix the boiler.

Can you advise further
